This letter serves as a recommendation for Teamwork Contracting, Inc. located at 131-27 Fowler Avenue, Unit J, Flushing, NY 11355.

Teamwork Contracting, Inc. was hired by JSTOR to provide contracting services for the build-out of our office space located at 149 Fifth Avenue, 8th Floor, New York, NY 10010 on February 5, 2003. The job was 97% completed on our target move in date of expertise, and flexibility to changes that we requested via our architect. Once the job was completed, Teamwork Contracting, Inc. provided follow-up as needed and never hesitated to respond to our inquiries or concerns.

When our office was damaged by water in August 2003, we contacted Teamwork Contracting, Inc. to provide repair to the damaged areas. We estimated 4 weeks for the work to be completed. Teamwork Contracting completed the work in two and a half weeks time to our satisfaction. The level of work that was done made it seem as if the office was never damaged by water at all.

Thomas Yim and his work crew were also very professional, courteous, and polite. They exhibited this behavior with all of the JSTOR staff as well as the building maintenance staff that they encountered.
